Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service are provided by Mogee ("we", "us", "our"), the company operating LinkTest. By accessing or using LinkTest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

LinkTest provides automated Google Play closed testing support. We install your Android app on real devices and run it for 14+ days to help meet Google Play's closed testing requirements (12+ testers, 14+ days).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to publish the app you submit for testing. You are responsible for ensuring your app complies with Google Play policies.

4. Payment

• The service fee is $5 USD per order, charged at the time of order.
• Payments are processed securely by Paddle.
• All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable fees.

5. Service Guarantee

We guarantee a minimum of 12 active test devices for a minimum of 14 days. If we are unable to meet this requirement due to a failure on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use LinkTest to test apps that:

• Violate Google Play Developer policies
• Contain malware, spyware, or malicious code
• Are illegal or facilitate illegal activities
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue refunds for apps that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mogee is not responsible for Google Play approval decisions. Completing the testing period does not guarantee app approval. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
